About Us
In order to profit from horse racing you have to be smarter than both Bookmakers and the rest of the punting population. There is a lot of information on every racecard, but the key is to work out how much of it is absolutely useless, how much of it will be over-hyped or over-punted, and then lastly how much of it could provide you with a valuable bet. Trainers and jockeys are often over-hyped, recent form is often overvalued and market movements are often misused. Whenever a horse race is inflicted by these factors it's time to act.
Bookmakers are shrewd, profit making business people. They understand betting markets inside out and have something far more potent than a gut feeling – they have records of past performance, they have carefully studied profit margins, and they have an excellent understanding of how to interpret statistics. To beat the Bookmakers you need the same qualities, the same records and the same tools. To beat the rest of the punting population you need to be able to oppose market forces, in the knowledge that there is something else in the race offering better value.
